When measuring for an under-bust corset, you will take your actual measurements and deduct 2-4' for a snug fit, the larger the deduction, the larger the gaps between the lacing. The waist cincher laces up in the front and the back. It is best to order smaller than larger, since you will be wearing this over clothing, it's ok for a small gap in between lacing. And the final piece to set the outfit off is a Black Bustle. Traditionally, a bustle is a pad or framework that is worn under a skirt or gown to expand in behind.
