The Knights Templar was one of the most famous Christian knightly orders; surrounded by intrigue and mystique, they've remained a phenomenon to this day. Here represented in lavish detail, is a Templar Longsword. Intricately detailed, the hilt of his longsword is set in silver, with the central designs highlighted by a polished gold. The pommel is set with an ornate cross, with four ovals cut out around it, while the handle is a mass of molded patterns, set with two gold medallions depicting symbols significant to the Knights Templar. The guard bears the same mass of molded patterns, framing the three gold sections that are the guard's central features: the center medallion is the Seal of the Knights Templar, two knights mounted on one horse. Etched into the polished stainless steel blade are a series of artistic patterns, framing two Templar crosses and the Seal of the Knights Templar, at the bottom of the design, which stretches roughly a third of the way down the blade. Ornate and embellished, the Templar Longsword is likely more of a representation of the Knights Templar, rather than a weapon they truly would have wielded; regardless, it is still a fascinating and beautiful weapon, perfect for commemorating the Knights Templar.

very attractive sword only two things that could be changed is: 1. make the blade not 'move' in it's hilt..it may be considered a decorative sword but there is no reason for the blade to move slightly or a lot (only moves slightly but still not cool) and 2. most probably use any sword or dagger for costuming for festivals and fairs so it being attachable to your existing belt would be ideal.
