These knives have an amazing weight to them. I stuck my first three throws, and simply telling an inexperienced friend where to stand, he was able to stick two of three with ease. They've held up well, very minor pitting along the edge. One of their tips bent when I was messing around and it accidentally hit concrete, but I straightened it out with a hammer against my steps and it's as if it never happened. The original cord wrapping was the only lacking of quality here. It was tucked and glued in, and after only five throws it had popped itself loose on two of the knives already. I just took it off, and rewrapped them with hemp. I've already cut even those wrappings simply by grouping my knives together too closely, but the maintenance doesn't bother me, and these would be solid knives even without any handle wrapping.
