The Enchanted Fairy Skirts are super fun and flirty with a jagged hem. All items in this outfit are made from a lightweight poly/cotton blend fabric that is very breathable and perfect for long summer days at the fair. Layer the two of these jagged skirts in contrasting colors and at different angles for an interested look. The skirt is approximately 23 inches long (from waist to the longest point). The very pretty long sleeve chemise has an elastic neckline giving you the option to wear it on or off the shoulders depending on your mood.
