Our leather backplates are compatible with the Dark Drake, Dark Warrior, Regular Drake, Regular Warrior and King style breastplates. This is a perfect alternative to a steel backplate. While all of those breastplates can be worn without a backplate because they come with leather straps, if you require or prefer a backplate, but do not want a steel backplate then a leather backplate is the best option for you. They are made from 8/9 oz buffalo leather and are quite flexible and comfortable. Available in black leather only.

These are measurements of the armour only, these measurements do not include the straps/buckles.

Keep in mind that if you are wearing a gambeson or heavily padded shirt, to take your measurement while wearing the garment and order by that measurement.

This size is best for kids approximately 6-12 years old (don't order by age, order according the measurements!)
