This skirt is made of soft cotton that mimics the weave of linen, and is available in a variety of colors to suit your personal tastes. These skirts feature a double set of lacing holes in the back of the waistband, which allows for adjusting the fit as your little girl grows. The extra-high waistband is superior to an elastic waistband because it lays flat under the bodice and also keeps the chemise tucked in all day, which prevents your child from ever looking disheveled! For a double skirted look (you'll need two), you can tuck the outer skirt up underneath your bodice, or if you're wearing a belt, you can use our leather skirt hikes to hold the skirt up. For your second day, switch the skirts around and reverse your bodice (if it is reversible), and you'll have a completely new look!
