Worn under a helmet or coif, the arming cap offered extra cushioning for the head. Although the original cloth caps were widely stuffed with rags and straw, our poly/cotton cap is thickly lined with fiber fill. It is Machine washable for convenience. Quilted construction with a tie cord. Sizing goes by head circumference: S (21'), M (22'), L (23') and XL (24').
