You might say that the Deadbeats T-Shirt is something of a play on words; what this shirt doesnt depict are a bunch of ne'er-do-wells who cant support themselves. What it does depict is series of skulls that have been converted into drums. Sound strange? Perhaps, but the look is quite astounding. This black shirt features a V-shaped pile of bones that has been faded into the background. This background design runs from both sleeves and rims the collar, while cascading down the front of the shirt and stopping just short of the shirts hem. Resting atop of this background pile of bones are three skulls, each of which has been converted into a series of drums; the tops of the skulls have been sheered away and replaced with drum tops. A pair of ghostly white drumsticks is also included on the shirt, crossed just beneath the central skull-drum. Quite literally, you can almost say that the Deadbeats T-Shirt isnt named for deadbeat artists or musicians, but rather, is named for the fact that beating the dead is what you do on these drums.
