A typical club is only the bare essentials: basically, a heavy bludgeon that packs a wallop; this club has a few extra frills to give it that an extra oomph during battle. A contoured wood shaft makes up most of the weapon'just like any other wooden club'but that is where similarities end. The grip is cord-wrapped, with a few choice skulls set at the bottom for additional character. The actual striking portion of the club is studded with twenty-five spikes, which make every bludgeoning strike all the more deadly. Three skulls of varying sizes decorate the spaces between the spikes, and a single spike is mounted on the top of the club. An additional feature is a small, hidden knife that rests in the pommel of the club. Ornate? No. Effective? Yes. And that's what matters to the Spiked Skull Club: getting the job done.
