Functional Steel Roman Lorica Segmentas | One of the most popular styles of armour is the Roman Lorica Segmenta. We have a few variations for you, all crafted of steel and fully wearable. While you're not wearing your Lorica Segmenta, keep it on display, it's truly a unique conversation starter. The Roman lorica segmenta is believed to have been introduced in the ranks of the Roman Army during the first century A.D. and widely used at the height of the Roman Empire. Although it never completely replaced the mail and scale armour, for the modern mind the Lorica Segmentata typifies the Roman soldier. |
